SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Options

We offer standard shipping to most locations within the United States, and international shipping to select countries. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders will be processed within  1-2  business days of receiving payment. We will send you a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, carrier delays, or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Errors or Damages

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within  7  days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.



RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within  30  days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within  7-10  business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is being returned due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellation
